You acknowledge that GoGetGermany may collaborate with various partners or enter into alliances to improve the service offerings on the platform. However, you agree that GoGetGermany makes no representations or guarantees for third-party services and is not liable for any claims related to such third-party services – whether on or off the platform. You hereby waive any rights and claims against GoGetGermany in connection with third-party services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Access Requirements:
Use of the platform is restricted to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under German law. Persons deemed “incapable of contracting,” such as minors and undischarged bankrupts, are not permitted to use the platform. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18, you may not register, perform transactions, or use the platform. Minors may only use the platform through their legal guardians or parents. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or deny you access to the platform if we determine that you are under 18 years old.
Platform Use:
By continuing to agree to the terms and conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable right to use the platform (including future updates, which may include additional terms that will be communicated when available) to access free information, restricted content, free coaching courses, and paid individual coaching from GoGetGermany.
Without express written consent from GoGetGermany and/or its partners, you may not download (except for caching), modify, or edit any part of the platform. This usage right does not entitle you to resell or commercially use the platform or its content; lists, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the platform or its content; downloading or copying account information; or use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
You understand, acknowledge, and unconditionally agree that:
– The platform is an online platform that aggregates free information, restricted content, free coaching courses, and paid individual coachings, which may be offered and listed by GoGetGermany at any time. GoGetGermany offers these services but does not guarantee their accuracy or make representations regarding their use or outcomes.
– GoGetGermany maintains a “principal-to-principal” relationship with its partners, meaning there is no agency relationship. Neither party is responsible for the acts or omissions of the other.
– GoGetGermany acts solely as an intermediary for its partners, providing you access to information, materials, and courses directly from providers through the platform and has no control over your transactions with providers.
– In the case of paid individual coaching, payment is made to GoGetGermany but processed via an external payment service provider. GoGetGermany assumes no responsibility for the payment process of this third party and disclaims all liability to the extent permitted by law.
– You are responsible for all electronic communications and content you send us and must use the platform only for lawful purposes.
– You may post reviews, comments, and other content, send communications, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information only within the framework of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
– The platform is based in Germany.
– You indemnify GoGetGermany, its employees, directors, and other participants from all damages, losses, and liabilities resulting from third-party claims in connection with your use of the platform.
– Your use of the platform is at your own risk. GoGetGermany assumes no responsibility for violations of security provisions.
– In the event of non-compliance with the terms of use, your right to use the platform ends immediately, and you must cease use. GoGetGermany and its partners accept no responsibility if you continue to use the platform.
You may not:
– Modify, adapt, translate, maintain, duplicate, compile, distribute, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, disable functions, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the platform or its components, in whole or in part.
– Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit the platform or its content for commercial purposes without express written consent from GoGetGermany and/or the respective partners.
– Use framing techniques to enclose trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or forms) of GoGetGermany or its partners without express written consent.
– Use “meta-tags” or other “hidden text” that includes the names or trademarks of GoGetGermany or its partners without their express written consent.
– Use GoGetGermany’s logos or trademarks as part of a link without written permission.
– Use the platform in any way that damages, disrupts, or impairs it or its access.
– Integrate the platform or components thereof into other programs or create derivative works based on it.
– Develop software based on the platform or related confidential information that is functionally equivalent.
– License, sublicense, sell, distribute, transfer, manipulate, or otherwise share rights to the application or service with third parties.
– Copy or reproduce platform content to a publicly accessible network.
– Remove or tamper with copyright notices or other legal disclaimers.
– Use the platform (or allow third parties to use it) for illegal activities or to harm others.
– Inject malicious code or hack the platform to bypass security measures.
– Infringe the rights of GoGetGermany or third parties (e.g., copyright violations).
– Damage or overload GoGetGermany websites, servers, systems, or hardware, or attempt unauthorized access to user data.
The platform is not allowed to be used for:
a) Fraudulent acts or criminal purposes
b) Content that does not belong to you or that:
i. Is illegal, misleading, offensive, sexually explicit, racist, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to others
ii. Promotes money laundering or gambling
iii. Harms minors
iv. Impersonates another person
v. Contains instructions for illegal activities
vi. Endangers the unity or security of Germany or India
vii. Contains software viruses or mass advertising
viii. Seeks unauthorized access
ix. Contains commercial activities without approval (e.g., contests, advertising, pyramid schemes)
x. Causes liability or disadvantages for GoGetGermany or its service providers
GoGetGermany reserves the right to take legal action in the event of such violations.
Content Notices from GoGetGermany
– The platform follows a “notice-and-takedown” procedure.
– Please send notifications of problematic content to: info@gogetgermmany.com
– GoGetGermany will decide on further action – this decision is binding.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
– All content on the platform (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) is the property of GoGetGermany or licensed.
– No content may be extracted, reused, or transferred to databases without written permission.
